As a midwife I am committed to providing compassionate, women-centered care. I bring my skills, experience, and heartfelt care, and I see it as both an honor and a responsibility to create a safe, nurturing environment for women on their journey to motherhood. My goal is to support women and families through this transformative time by offering evidence-based information, birth autonomy, education, clinical expertise, and guidance. When needed, I provide consultations or referrals to other providers to ensure my clients make informed decisions with confidence.
I began my journey as a certified doula in 2017 after working as a medical assistant in pediatrics for 9 years. I served women and families in and out of the hospital as well as postpartum. I began assisting home birth midwives through out middle Tennessee in 2020 and started my apprenticeship through the PEP program in 2021. I completed the PEP route in 2024 apprenticing a CNM in Witchita, KS. I became a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) through the North American Registry of Midwives (NARM) and became a licensed midwife of Tennessee in 2025 and established my own homebirth practice.
Over the last 8 years I have attended home births, hospital births, and birth center births in Tennessee and Kansas. I hold and maintain certifications in CPR-BLS, NRP, SD, Doula, and Rebozo.
When I am not serving I am homeschooling my 3 kids, working the homestead with my husband and tending to the garden, going for a run or basking in the sunshine. I enjoy the beach and love being outdoors.
I look forward to serving you.
